Facilitate scheduled therapeutic groups, deliver appropriate topics, and complete timely session notes and other documentation in clients’ medical records. Collaborate with clinical and program leadership on therapy and treatment, follow applicable clinical and regulatory standards, and occasionally provide individual client support or staff training.
The therapist provides evidence-based treatment through individual, family, and group therapy sessions while managing a caseload of patients. They are responsible for clinical documentation, crisis management, and coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team and external providers.
Drive the strategy and execution for self-pay growth by building relationships with high-value referral sources. Act as the primary liaison between private-pay clients, referral partners, and internal clinical teams.
