The System Manager provides strategic leadership for payer relations and contracting, overseeing the financial performance and negotiation of contracts with governmental and commercial payers. They manage the Payer Analytics & Economics team, ensuring accurate financial modeling, contract performance monitoring, and the delivery of actionable data strategies.

The Senior Analyst will manage benefits administration processes, including production support, project management for annual enrollment, and vendor management. They will also serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and ensure data integrity through system auditing and troubleshooting.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for Care Management functions across the Central Region to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Drive implementation of system standards for patient throughput, discharge planning, and readmission prevention while collaborating with regional and system leadership.

Support the negotiation of favorable terms for managed care agreements and ensure all contracts adhere to organizational standards. Coordinate the execution of contract documents and facilitate the credentialing process for healthcare entities.

Develop and execute national strategies for employer-sponsored healthcare solutions, commercial growth, and alternative payment models. Lead the design and implementation of value-based contracts and direct-to-employer arrangements to improve affordability and quality.

The technician remotely monitors high-acuity cardio-pulmonary rhythms using sophisticated IT, recognizing critical arrhythmias and immediately notifying bedside RNs while maintaining the central monitoring station's technical integrity. Responsibilities also include obtaining baseline ECGs, updating patient data, and providing accurate shift reports.
