The Scientific Project Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and data management strategies for NIH-supported infectious disease research programs. They will act as a liaison between government stakeholders, investigators, and technical teams to ensure project deliverables and scientific priorities are met.

The Center Coordinator will serve as a primary liaison among various stakeholders, coordinating project activities and ensuring scientific priorities are met. This role involves facilitating meetings, developing data management strategies, and supporting scientific communications.

Responsible for the production, formatting, and submission of high-quality federal business proposals and client-ready deliverables. This includes managing timelines, ensuring solicitation compliance, and maintaining proposal content libraries.

Lead the design and creation of diverse communication products, including newsletters and infographics, to convey scientific data to various communities. Manage outreach activities and provide strategic input on the design of conferences and events.

The Data Quality Analyst evaluates scientific data submissions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards across the translational research continuum. They collaborate with informatics and scientific teams to refine data workflows and support the transition toward automation and AI-assisted review.
