Conduct physical and book audits to ensure dealer compliance with credit and operational policies and protect company collateral. Identify inventory discrepancies and potential Sold Out of Trust situations while validating third-party audit results.

Provide onsite technical support and repairs for coach-side systems including electrical, HVAC, and chassis across the Midwest region. Manage customer complaints, write incident reports, and execute product recalls and campaigns.
