Provide accounting oversight and support to CURE hospitals in Africa, including reviewing transactions, maintaining reconciliations, supporting financial close, and monitoring cash flow and receivables. Travel to assigned hospitals to support finance teams, assist with internal and external audits, and help implement financial policies and audit recommendations.
The Director of Knowledge Management leads the development and governance of the CURE Way, ensuring standardized operating procedures are captured and accessible across the global hospital network. They also manage the New Hospital Launch Playbook and facilitate the identification and dissemination of best practices to drive operational consistency.
