Constant Associates

The Associate II, QA/QC will ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, Section 508 accessibility requirements, and internal expectations. They will serve as a quality lead, collaborating with teams to strengthen processes, reduce rework, and enhance client satisfaction.

The Associate II will oversee training development projects, manage multi-workstream efforts, and lead client communications to ensure high-quality deliverables. They are also responsible for mentoring team members and applying instructional systems design expertise to improve learning outcomes.
