The Associate Director is responsible for overseeing the operational excellence of the Conference Management unit, including direct conference ownership and team development. This role involves ensuring high-quality conference execution and implementing training and process improvements.

The Senior Team Lead provides leadership and operational oversight for a designated team within the Conference Management unit, ensuring successful execution of the team's conference portfolio. This includes managing logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination while mentoring team members.

Manage internal financial operations including bank and credit card reconciliations, client invoicing, and accounts receivable tracking. Coordinate employee expense reimbursements and process vendor payments while ensuring financial accuracy across business units.

The Conference Manager provides high-level, hands-on support for multiple technical conferences, trade shows, board meetings, and social events from conception through completion, acting as an independent leader within the unit. Key duties include managing project elements, developing relationships with conference leadership, handling vendor coordination, managing budgets, and overseeing onsite execution and post-conference evaluations.
