You will own the visual quality of the platform's UI by translating game mechanics into intuitive and beautiful interfaces. Additionally, you will collaborate with developers and product teams to ship high-quality designs and animations that enhance the player experience.

You will own the quality assurance process for a digital board game platform by testing releases across web, mobile, and Discord. This involves validating bug reports, monitoring production, and proactively improving QA workflows.

The Community Manager will be responsible for owning and moderating the Discord server, creating all community content like patch notes and newsletters, and running weekly live tournaments and competitive seasons. This role also involves building relationships with key players and reporting weekly on community sentiment gathered from various platforms.
