The Supervisor of Clinical Services provides leadership and operational oversight for a team of behavioral health managers delivering care within oncology practices. This role involves supervising clinical workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a limited caseload of patients using the Collaborative Care Model.

Provide targeted behavioral health support and brief interventions for cancer patients to integrate mental health with physical healthcare. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor treatment response and facilitate patient engagement.

Own the end-to-end implementation and ongoing management of partnerships with oncology practices to ensure successful ramp-up and engagement. Drive patient growth and service adoption by building trusted relationships with clinical leadership and operationalizing referral initiatives.

The Associate BHCM provides targeted behavioral health support to cancer patients using the Collaborative Care Model. They act as a bridge between the patient and the care team, managing a caseload and monitoring treatment responses.

Provide behavioral health care management, screenings, and evidence-based interventions for adult oncology patients. Coordinate care with oncology providers and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
