Provide front-line application support for mortgage lending platforms via phone and tickets for internal staff and clients. Manage the full ticket lifecycle, document resolutions in the knowledge base, and escalate complex issues to leadership.

Perform quality assurance audits on loan set-ups and conduct client calls to ensure accuracy and understanding of the AIO Loan product. Manage post-closing servicing onboarding, including tracking, reporting, and communicating with loan teams.

Responsible for gathering, validating, and analyzing mortgage risk and regulatory data for senior management, investors, and regulators. Serves as a subject matter expert for Mortgage Call Reports and state reporting requirements across all 50 states.

The Government Underwriter is responsible for underwriting FHA and VA loans and ensuring compliance with company policies. They also underwrite various other loan types and maintain communication with loan officers and processors.
