The Reverse Mortgage Closer is responsible for closing and funding reverse mortgage loans while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. They must maintain documentation, monitor workflow, and coordinate with processors, brokers, and settlement agents to ensure timely loan completion.

The Government Underwriter is responsible for underwriting FHA and VA loans and ensuring compliance with company policies. They also underwrite various other loan types and maintain communication with loan officers and processors.
