The Subject Matter Expert will act as a dedicated Implementation Manager, leading the onboarding process for Enfusion clients by managing project planning, gathering requirements, reviewing workflows, setting up products, and overseeing UAT through go-live. They will also consult clients on best practices, translate business workflows into software solutions, and collaborate with the Development team on product enhancements.

This role is responsible for owning the website as a primary inbound growth and pipeline channel, focusing on driving qualified demand, conversion, and measurable pipeline through deep ownership of SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and conversion optimization. Key duties include defining site architecture, leading end-to-end SEO strategy, designing revenue programs to improve conversion efficiency, and building executive-ready dashboards connecting performance to revenue outcomes.
