The IT Support Technician will manage system and endpoint patching cycles while providing network and infrastructure support. They will also perform system administration, monitor environments for security vulnerabilities, and provide Tier 1-2 technical support to users.
The intern will take ownership of a graduation project by researching, designing, and implementing AI/ML solutions from idea to prototype. They will collaborate with technical mentors to define objectives, conduct experiments, and present final findings to stakeholders.
