The Strategic Account Manager will develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth for Charter Casting by building relationships with key decision-makers. They will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing product specifications, pricing models, and customer communications.

The role involves collaborating with customers to align metallurgical specifications with steelmaking capabilities and interfacing cross-functionally to optimize processes and ensure metallurgical integrity. Key duties include managing customer claims, recommending suitable products, and leading new product development initiatives.
