The Psychometrician is responsible for designing and conducting psychometric analyses, including test construction, validity, reliability, equating, and scoring. They also provide quantitative guidance to research staff and coordinate external quantitative resources for the organization.

The Language Testing Specialist develops, reviews, and revises test items for large-scale English language proficiency assessments for K-12 learners. They also coordinate item development tasks, analyze field test data, and ensure quality control of test materials.
