Partner with sales teams to drive technical wins by delivering demos, architecting AI-native solutions, and leading Proof of Concept executions for the Agentic Database. Act as a technical advisor to prospects while collaborating with product teams to shape the product roadmap based on customer insights.

Drive the product design and strategy for core analytical database features, including conducting user research and writing PRDs. Partner with engineering and QA teams to manage the full product lifecycle from development to post-launch optimization.

The role involves developing, enhancing, and maintaining the StarRocks high-performance SQL database engine, focusing on implementing advanced features to meet enterprise client requirements. Responsibilities also include addressing challenges in fault tolerance, high availability, performance, and collaborating with the open-source community.
