Design and develop technical solutions for business processes using PeopleSoft tools and integrate them with Oracle Cloud HCM and Taleo. Responsible for the full development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, testing, documentation, and production support.

The analyst will design, develop, and maintain clinical reports and dashboards while collaborating with IT and clinical teams to support data-driven decision-making. They are responsible for troubleshooting reporting issues, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing business intelligence systems to improve clinical workflows.
