The Director of Credit will personally underwrite large-ticket credit requests and manage the escalation desk for complex financial decisions. They will also oversee credit policy, syndication relationships, and the development of automated decisioning processes.
Manage domestic and international credit facilities, including funding requests, waterfall distributions, and portfolio performance reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to structure new products and support the Head of Finance in investor communications and fundraising.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end systems across the stack, focusing on customer-facing workflows and internal operations, while owning and evolving core financial systems like payment orchestration and ledger infrastructure.
