The Landowner Outreach Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the project team, community stakeholders, and public officials to ensure regulatory compliance during transmission line projects. They are responsible for managing public inquiries, documenting property commitments, and resolving construction-related conflicts in the field.

Serve as the senior technical authority for stormwater permitting and erosion and sediment control plan development across the region. Lead the authoring and review of NPDES deliverables while managing client relationships and coordinating with regulatory agencies for permit approvals.

The Environmental Project Manager is responsible for leading project deliverables from conception to completion, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and within scope. This includes managing client communications, coordinating internal resources, and overseeing environmental permitting and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate land management and real estate activities across multiple projects, including budget control and contractor management. Lead the negotiation and acquisition of property rights and right-of-way for utility asset construction and maintenance.
