BufferSprings

The intern will create written, visual, and multimedia content to amplify the BufferSprings mission across social media and other channels. They will also manage online community engagement, support event planning, and contribute to strategic communication efforts.

The intern will support outreach efforts, help shape sales strategies, and build connections with military-effective employers. They will also manage contacts in a CRM, track outreach, and assist in the creation of proposals to support veteran hiring initiatives.

The intern will support the recruiting process by matching transitioning service members to career opportunities and conducting candidate screenings. They will also manage talent pipelines using CRM and ATS tools while coordinating the SkillBridge application process.
