The Finance Analyst will support monthly and quarterly financial closes, build reporting packs, and manage KPI dashboards. They will also assist in forecasting, annual budgeting, and ensuring compliance with local financial regulations.
The role involves drafting and reviewing client and supplier agreements while supporting international clients on Portuguese legal compliance. Additionally, the associate will manage legal operations, interface with government agencies, and maintain public-facing legal documents.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for international clients, including new hires, exits, and contractual changes. Help standardize payroll workflows and contribute to the development of internal automation and AI-assisted tools.
