The EV Field Service Engineering Supervisor leads a specialized team to provide advanced technical support and ensure the operational health of the electric vehicle fleet. This role acts as the primary technical liaison between customers, dealers, and internal engineering teams to resolve complex product concerns and drive continuous improvement.

Provide technical and commercial support for EV products to dealer service personnel and end users. Collaborate with engineering, training, and sales teams to develop technical publications and improve repair capabilities.

The Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding the dealer network within the Southwest region. They will provide training, develop business plans, and maintain professional relationships with dealers and major fleets.
