Manage a portfolio of crypto-native accounts to ensure ARR retention and drive growth through multi-product expansion. Actively build a pipeline of new logo opportunities and execute the full sales cycle across the Americas.

The Senior Paralegal will manage commercial contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. They will also oversee legal operations, including the management of CLM tools and document repositories.

Lead the company's compliance strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap while ensuring compliance is embedded as a strategic enabler. Manage enterprise compliance risk frameworks, including AML, KYC, and blockchain analytics, while engaging with regulators and industry stakeholders.
