The Staff Accountant will prepare monthly journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and support the month-end and quarter-end close processes. Additionally, the role involves assisting with financial statement preparation, audit support, and equity awards administration in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX.

The SOX Analyst is responsible for executing walkthroughs, performing control testing, and maintaining documentation for key business processes. They work closely with cross-functional teams and auditors to ensure internal controls are designed and operating effectively.
