The Major Donor Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying and engaging high-capacity donors to build a sustainable fundraising pipeline. They will collaborate with leadership to secure major gifts and increase organizational visibility through strategic outreach and media opportunities.

The Executive Director will oversee, support, and grow the Better Families program while cultivating relationships with donors, community partners, and churches. They are responsible for leadership, metrics, staff supervision, and strategic fundraising efforts within the Southwest Florida region.

The Executive Director will lead the Better Families program growth in Central East Florida by overseeing staff, meeting regional goals, managing the budget, and ensuring policy implementation across the region. Key duties also involve spearheading donor cultivation, engaging community partners, and fostering relationships with churches and government entities.
