The EDI Analyst is responsible for implementing and maintaining EDI files by coordinating between carriers and client payroll teams. Key duties include troubleshooting data transfer escalations, managing file specifications, and performing enrollment audits.

The Benefit Counselor assists clients with the enrollment and administration of various benefit plans via phone, live chat, and SMS. They are responsible for educating employees on plan options and ensuring accurate data entry into the Benefit Harbor system.

The Alliances Manager coordinates relationships between Benefit Harbor, Workday, and various ecosystem partners to drive engagement and alignment. This role manages partner communications, joint marketing initiatives, and the execution of partner events and summits.

Manage the onboarding, implementation, and ongoing administration for Workday Benefit Bridge clients. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure system build accuracy and resolve escalations.
