The BCBA will lead and supervise behavior technicians while developing innovative ABA treatment plans for clients. They are responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and providing ongoing parent education to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
You will lead and support Behavior Technicians to ensure treatment plans are implemented with high fidelity. Additionally, you will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop innovative ABA programs to help clients reach their potential.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application to offer acceptance with a heavy focus on active sourcing and phone-based engagement. Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate candidate tracking within the ATS to ensure a smooth onboarding handoff.
