The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will analyze recruiting data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and market risks to improve hiring effectiveness. They will execute competitive market research, manage requisition diagnostics, and implement process improvements to support the clinician recruiting team.

You will lead and support Behavior Technicians to ensure treatment plans are implemented with high fidelity. Additionally, you will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop innovative ABA programs to help clients reach their potential.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application to offer acceptance with a heavy focus on active sourcing and phone-based engagement. Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate candidate tracking within the ATS to ensure a smooth onboarding handoff.

Lead clinical assessments and conduct Functional Behavior Assessments via telehealth to develop individualized treatment and level-of-care plans. Coordinate the transition from assessment to services while collaborating with clinical leadership and families.
