The IT & Compliance Manager will own and scale the company's compliance, security, privacy, and IT programs. This includes managing SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications, overseeing IT asset lifecycles, and partnering with engineering teams on security controls.
You will design and maintain versioned data pipelines to ingest and conflate complex retail data from edge devices. Additionally, you will implement a hybrid AI strategy using both rules-based logic and LLMs to ensure high-fidelity, production-ready data outputs.
