Lead end-to-end client engagements as a senior Orchestrator while managing delivery teams and stakeholder expectations. Develop and maintain delivery playbooks, templates, and standards to ensure repeatable, AI-driven project success.
The Staff Engineer will set technical direction across client engagements, review architectures, and act as a hands-on technical lead for high-risk projects. They are also responsible for mentoring team leads, defining technical hiring standards, and supporting presales activities.
Design and validate client solution architectures, document trade-offs and decisions, and lead technical presales activities including discovery, estimates, statements of work, and workshops. Build AWS proof-of-concept solutions, prepare reference architectures, explain recommendations to client and AWS stakeholders, and hand off documented designs to delivery teams.
