You will lead technical customer conversations, run proofs of value, and drive deals to closure by designing effective fraud deterrence solutions. You will also partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to navigate complex opportunities and mentor fellow Solution Consultants.
The role involves managing the operational and analytical backbone of the revenue engine, including Salesforce administration, commission calculations, and contribution margin analysis. You will also produce executive and board-level reporting while acting as the connective tissue across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Marketing departments.
Analyze web traffic patterns to detect and mitigate fraud attacks on customer endpoints. Collaborate with internal teams to define analysis processes and provide customer-facing reports.
