The specialist ensures nursing documentation is accurate, compliant, and processed on time within the KanTime system. This includes reviewing electronic notes, processing paper records, and communicating with clinicians to resolve discrepancies.

Responsible for accurate healthcare claims billing, submission, and the resolution of rejected or denied claims. The role involves analyzing rejection patterns and collaborating with internal teams to improve billing accuracy and prevent revenue leakage.

As a Registered Nurse on the Pediatric Transition Team, you will assess patients’ post-acute needs and coordinate care with families and providers. You will deliver hands-on pediatric nursing in the home and educate families to ease the transition from hospital to home.
