Manage and grow strategic customer relationships for wind turbine lubricant applications across the Americas. Serve as a trusted advisor to help customers optimize reliability and uptime through technical lubricant solutions.

The Business Development Manager will professionally represent the company in the B2B Industrial segment to grow sales and margin by maintaining existing accounts and increasing sales of industrial lubricants and services. Core duties include developing customer relationships, prospecting for new business, managing distributor partners, and utilizing CRM for tracking activities.

The role centers on managing equipment solutions for customers, which includes identifying vendors, overseeing design and installation projects, and handling maintenance and repairs. Additionally, the manager is responsible for managing third-party delivery service partners, including contract negotiation and inventory audits.
