The Coding Reimbursement Specialist II interprets and enters physician charges into the billing system using accurate CPT and ICD-10 codes. They also perform charge reviews, ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, and communicate with physicians to resolve coding inquiries.

The supervisor provides operational oversight and leadership to the coding team to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely charge capture. They are responsible for staff mentorship, performance management, and serving as a liaison between revenue cycle, compliance, and clinical departments.
