The Senior Cost Estimator will own cost estimating for multi-disciplinary projects from conceptual budgeting through construction documents. They will manage the master unit-cost database, perform quantity takeoffs, and provide defensible cost analysis to support design and business development decisions.
The Structural Designer I supports the engineering team by creating CAD drawings, performing calculations, and developing system designs from concept to construction. They also coordinate with team members, review shop drawings, and conduct site visits to ensure project quality and adherence to building codes.
The Mechanical Engineer will contribute to HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and utility engineering efforts while serving as the engineer of record from concept through construction. They are also responsible for mentoring subordinate staff and ensuring the quality of engineering design and documentation.
