The Backend Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable microservices on Google Cloud Platform while collaborating with clients to deliver high-impact solutions. They will also be responsible for revamping existing backend systems to enhance performance, reliability, and maintainability.

The M365 Architect will provide expert advisory for consolidating multiple Microsoft 365 tenants following M&A activities and guide the enterprise deployment of Microsoft Copilot. They will serve as the principal subject matter expert for key M365 services while partnering with client leadership to deliver high-impact digital workplace transformation.

Manage the internal Google Site intranet and execute company-wide employee engagement communications. Collaborate with HR and Marketing to translate complex corporate updates into engaging content and visual assets.

Design and implement comprehensive AI security architecture, governance frameworks, and usage policies to ensure safe AI deployment. Collaborate with deployment teams to establish security guardrails, conduct threat modeling, and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.

The Workspace Architect will lead enterprise-scale migrations from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace while architecting advanced AI-driven automation workflows. They will also serve as a strategic technical advisor during pre-sales engagements and mentor the digital workplace team.
