The Vice President will be responsible for leading new client development, owning a named new business revenue target, and closing significant transformation engagements with health plans and MCOs. This role involves shaping complex opportunities by translating client business challenges into consulting-led transformation roadmaps and technology-enabled programs.

The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for strategic clients, focusing on nurturing relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring high satisfaction. They will also manage and grow relationships with key technology partners like AWS to drive co-selling and joint go-to-market initiatives.

The role involves architecting and leading the global partnership strategy by forging relationships with major technology ecosystems (like AWS, Azure) and Global System Integrators (GSIs). This leader will be responsible for developing joint go-to-market motions, managing alliance relationships, and directly driving revenue growth through partner channels.

This leadership role is responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities specifically within fintech organizations and large financial institutions across the Americas. The leader will develop and execute sales strategies, manage the sales pipeline, and act as a subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle to drive revenue.
