Tasks

โšฝWhat You'll Do:

  • Support the business development and go-to-market teams through research, analysis, and structured preparation of strategic materials
  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to support strategic decision-making
  • Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth
  • Monitor relevant markets and international developments and prepare findings in a clear and structured format
  • Independently interpret research results, formulate key learnings, and derive actionable recommendations
  • Support business development projects, market expansion activities, and operational tasks
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and decision-making documents for internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to strategic planning and evaluation of new business opportunities

Requirements

๐ŸงฐWhat You Bring:

  • You are currently studying Business Administration, Economics, International Management, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Sports Management, or a related field
  • You have a strong analytical mindset, a structured way of working, and a high level of attention to detail
  • You are confident using Excel and PowerPoint; first experience with data analysis tools is a plus
  • You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
  • You have a strong interest in business development, innovation, sports management, market analysis, and growth initiatives
  • You are proactive, motivated, and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment
