We are looking for a Workday US Payroll Certified Consultant with strong experience in both Workday Payroll Implementations and AMS (Application Management Support) engagements. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in Workday US Payroll configuration, payroll testing, production support, and payroll compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday US Payroll solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end Workday Payroll implementations and post-production support activities.
• Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Support payroll processing, payroll reconciliation, parallel testing, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Manage incidents, service requests, defect resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Support Workday bi-annual releases (R1/R2), regression testing, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams.

Required Skills

• Active Workday US Payroll Certification.
• 5+ years of Workday experience with strong US Payroll expertise.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle Workday Payroll implementation.
• Experience in AMS / Production Support projects.
• Hands-on configuration experience in:

  • Earnings & Deductions

  • Payroll Accounting

  • Taxes & Garnishments

  • Payroll Reconciliation

  • Payroll Testing

  • Experience with Workday HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.

  • Knowledge of EIB, reporting, and payroll integrations.

  • Strong understanding of US Payroll regulations and compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Additional Workday certifications (HCM, Time Tracking, Absence).
• Experience in client-facing consulting roles.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience supporting large enterprise payroll environments.
