Job Overview

As a Workday HCM Consultant you’ll deliver Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions that help our healthcare clients achieve better business performance through implementation of Workday’s seamless Human Capital Suite. You’ll be a vital member of a team that is passionate about improving healthcare and focused on enhancing patient care. You will assist clients with their HR challenges through the implementation and optimization of Workday. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand their business goals and provide strategic recommendations for HR transformation

  • Ensure the successful delivery of complex Workday HCM projects, from requirements gathering to go-live support

  • Stay ahead of the curve on the latest Workday HCM features and functionality, and share your knowledge with clients and colleagues

  • Mentor and develop junior and senior team members, helping them grow their technical and consulting skills

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting Workday HCM solutions with one or more of the following modules: HCM, Recruiting, Compensation,  Learning, and/or Talent.

  • Strong experience in leading and shaping the future of human capital management, including strategic planning and solution design.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical challenges.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and drive change.

  • A passion for technology and a desire to drive digital transformation for clients, coupled with a strong business acumen.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Workday certification preferred.

For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
