We are looking for a Workday HCM Lead Consultant with 3-5 years of Workday Functional experience. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday HR solutions to meet client business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and design effective Workday HCM solutions.
- Configure, test, and support deployment of Workday modules.
- Provide functional expertise in modules such as Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Performance, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and other complex HCM solutions.
- Participate in end-to-end deployment or AMS support activities.
- Lead client discussions and provide consultative guidance.
- Stay up to date with the latest Workday releases, best practices, and industry trends.
- Support global HR operations with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Workday Functional experience.
- Experience in AMS or Implementation projects.
- Active Workday certification required.
- Hands-on experience in at least two or more modules.
- Experience in deployment processes.
- Strong communication, presentation, listening, and client-facing skills.
- Good understanding of Global HR operations.
- Pre-sales experience is nice to have.
- Project management experience is nice to have.
