Work From Home Recruiting Specialist Position

We're expanding our recruiting team and are looking for dependable individuals to help connect professional CDL drivers with trucking companies across the country.

This is a remote, commission-based position that offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to build long-term recruiting experience. Previous recruiting or transportation experience is helpful but not required—training is provided.

What You'll Do

As a Transportation Recruiter, you'll:

• Contact prospective drivers by phone, text, and email
• Discuss driver qualifications and job preferences
• Match qualified drivers with available positions
• Follow applicants through the hiring process
• Maintain organized applicant records
• Work closely with your Lead Recruiter for guidance and support

A lead database is available to help you get started, and recruiters are encouraged to build additional lead sources through referrals, networking, and social media.

Training & Recruiter Resources

Recruiters who join our team receive access to our Back Office membership, which provides the tools and resources used throughout the recruiting process.

Resources include:

• Extensive driver lead database
• Hundreds of available driving positions nationwide
• Recruiting software and applicant tracking tools
• Training videos and onboarding materials
• Recruiting guides, scripts, and templates
• Carrier updates and hiring information
• Ongoing coaching and support from experienced recruiters

Our goal is to provide recruiters with the systems and resources needed to begin recruiting without having to create everything from the ground up.

What We're Looking For

Successful recruiters are typically:

• Self-disciplined and dependable
• Comfortable speaking with people by phone
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Consistent with communication and follow-up
• Able to work independently
• Open to learning new systems and processes

Experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, staffing, transportation, or business development is a plus, but not required.

To perform this position, applicants should have:

• Laptop or desktop computer
• Smartphone
• Reliable internet service
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to navigate web-based recruiting platforms and online job systems

Compensation

This is a commission-only Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity.

Recruiters earn commission for successful driver placements. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary.

Many recruiters begin part-time while learning the recruiting process and choose to increase their workload as they gain experience.

Compensation varies based on production and successful placements.
