What You'll Do Connect with clients through scheduled phone calls and virtual appointments Build rapport and learn about each client's needs and priorities Explain available benefit options clearly and confidently Answer questions and help clients understand the information provided Guide clients through the process and assist with appropriate next steps Deliver a professional and positive experience during every interaction Follow up with clients who require additional information or assistance Maintain accurate and organized client records Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development Collaborate with team leaders to strengthen skills and improve the client experience What We're Looking For Previous industry experience isn't necessary. We're looking for motivated individuals who are dependable, comfortable communicating with people, and willing to learn.
