Purpose of the Role
The Women's National Team Kit Manager is responsible for providing and managing all team kit, equipment, and supplies for training, travel, and matches. Working directly with the Republic of Ireland Women's National Team (WNT) during international camps, the role ensures all kit operations are delivered to the highest professional standard.
The WNT are typically active in at least five (5) FIFA windows during a calendar year, including UEFA Qualifications for World Cup/European Championships and UEFA Nations League], as well as international friendlies. Additional activity can include UEFA European Women's Championship Finals and FIFA Women’s World Cup upon qualification.
The successful candidate will work closely with another WNT Kit Manger, FAI Kit Room Team and the International Department. It would be an expectation that the successful candidate would be available for the required activity dates and before and after the camps to prepare for and pack up after the activity. Candidates deemed suitable but not appointed to this role may be offered inclusion on the panel for consideration for future international team kit management opportunities across the Association.
