Title: REMOTE HOME DIALING AGENT - Work from Home!!!

Shifts: Day Shift and Night Shift with Weekend availability; Full-Time 

Schedule:

Day Shift: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday, every other weekend – hours vary

Night Shift: 4:30 pm – close, Monday – Friday, every other weekend – hours vary

Compensation: $10-12/hour

Overall Position Summary: Home Dialing Agent

• Performing outbound calls (surveys, courtesy calls) to ensure client satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

• Establish friendly connections over the phone quickly, positive and upbeat.

• Speak with customers in a polite and courteous manner.

• Consistently meet established productivity and quality standards

Skills & Experience:

• Ability to handle difficult customers in a professional manner

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Excellent reading skills

• Pleasant phone voice

• Functional computer skills

• Telemarketing, Call Center, or Customer Service experience a plus

Computer Requirements:

• Must currently have a PC with Microsoft Windows 10 or newer (NO Chromebooks or Apple Devices)

• Must currently have a headset with a microphone and mute capability.

• High-Speed Internet connectivity. Internet speed must be at least 3 Mbps.

• Must have a quiet workspace.
