What You'll Do

Welcome & Support Members

• Connect with members through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Provide a friendly, professional onboarding experience

• Learn about each member's needs and answer questions

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options

• Help members understand coverage features and available choices

• Guide eligible members through applications and enrollment

• Assist with beneficiary information and policy documentation

• Provide ongoing follow-up and customer support

• Maintain accurate digital records

• Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and service

This position combines member service, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales with an emphasis on education and helping families make informed decisions.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be physically located within the United States

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Have access to a computer or laptop

• Have reliable high-speed internet

• Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based applications

• Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
