Job Overview



Audacy, a leading multi-platform audio content and entertainment company, is seeking a meticulous and highly organised Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for a self-motivated individual dedicated to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by ensuring that information is entered and managed efficiently and correctly. While this is a work-from-home role, candidates should be based in or around the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.




Responsibilities



* Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data into our databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.

* Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents.

* Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output.

* Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.

* Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.

* Organise and file information to ensure it is easily accessible for future use.

* Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.

* Comply with data integrity and security policies.




Qualifications



* Proven experience in a data entry or similar administrative role.

* Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.

* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

* Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is an asset.

* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
