This is a **full-time**, remote position ideal for a self-starter who excels at building initial connections with potential clients. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our growth by generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
This is a remote position based in the **United States**, with a preference for candidates located in **Atlanta, Georgia**. The salary for this role ranges from **$97,499 to $124,950 USD** per annum.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Clearly articulate the value of Ready Contractors, Inc.'s construction services to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they are a suitable match for our offerings.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our sales and consultation teams, managing their calendars effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and appointment-setting activities within our CRM system.
- Follow up on initial contacts and nurture leads to convert them into scheduled appointments.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified appointments.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role, such as appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A high degree of self-motivation and the discipline to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- (Desirable) Previous experience or knowledge of the construction industry.
