Nerava is looking for a Full-Time Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. We are not looking for customer service representatives or lead processors. We are looking for a true hunter—someone who can identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, generate qualified leads, and consistently schedule meetings.
POSITION DETAILS
Position: Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Cadiz City, Philippines
Work Setup: Remote / Work-from-Home opportunity available for the right candidate
Schedule: Night Shift (U.S. Business Hours)
Employment Type: Full-Time (40+ Hours per Week)
Compensation: ($500-$600 Monthly)
₱35,000 – ₱45,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications, plus performance bonuses
Pay Schedule: Weekly Pay
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in outbound B2B sales and is comfortable initiating conversations with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience
- Strong cold-calling and appointment-setting experience
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience building prospect lists and generating your own leads
- CRM experience required
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Reliable internet connection, professional headset, and quiet workspace (WFH)
- Night shift (Philippines) supporting U.S. business hours 8AM to 5PM EST
- Full-time, 4 hours per week
- Weekly pay plus performance bonuses
- Saturdays & Sundays Off + US Observed Holidays
