· Communication Skills — Strong independent work ethic, and the ability to work remotely, possibly off the grid, 95% of the time.

· Technical Tools — Familiarity with tools like GIS platforms, or company-specific databases. iPad and GPS-stamp camera app.

· Physical Requirements — Comfortable driving long distances, walking sites, and working in varied weather conditions for up to 10 hours per day.

· Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in energy, geology, land management, or related fields preferred.
