VP Sales - Remote role
Location: Europe (Remote — Western Europe preferred)
About the Role Let’s get this out of the way first: you don’t need to have "VP of Sales" on your resume to apply for this role. We are a fast-moving, highly collaborative company in the logistics-tech space, and what matters most to us is your hands-on leadership experience. We are looking for a gritty, strategic, and empathetic sales leader to help take us from Seed/Series A to Series B/C (scaling our ARR from roughly $2M to $10M).
If you have a proven track record of managing a team of at least 5 Account Executives, holding them accountable to targets, and building repeatable processes, this role is for you. You will be stepping in to build our sales organization from the ground up. We need a player-coach who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, lead from the front, and actively close deals while building the foundation for scalable growth.
