  • Market Expansion: Identify high-value opportunities within developer, distributor, and homebuilder networks.

  • Elite Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales organization focused on consultative excellence.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term, C-suite partnerships with key industry stakeholders and large-scale commercial entities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align sales initiatives with product development and sustainability goals to maintain a competitive market edge.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Industry Tenure: 10+ years of senior sales leadership within the lighting, electrical, or building materials industries.

  • Proven Performance: A documented history of driving multi-million dollar growth in both residential and commercial verticals.

  • Technical Literacy: Expert-level knowledge of LED technology, energy-efficient solutions, and lighting market trends.

  • Strategic Vision: Advanced proficiency in market analysis, competitive positioning, and complex customer segmentation.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation and influence capabilities, tailored for engagement with developers and senior executives.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
